Worked as Business Process Re-engineering Consultant at Dubai E-Government between 2002 and 2005, where he managed critical projects such as the Electronic Payment Gateway, Ask Dubai Service (Contact Center) and web enablement for the Dubai government departments.
Worked as a senior Engineer in Products & Services Development at Thuraya Satellite Telecommunications Company between 1999 and 2002.
Worked as a Speech Recognition Expert in the Forensic Laboratory of Dubai Police between 1993 and 1999 where he succeeded in setting up a Voice Analysis Division.
Keynote speaker in various scientific seminars and educational conferences in the areas of Trade processes, Logistics, Supply chain, E-Government, E-Transformation, Telecommunications and Electronics.
Holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in Digital Signal Processing and Speech analysis from Oregon Graduate Institute in USA (1998). Graduated with honor and distinction.
Holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from the University of Arkansas in USA (1993).
