Hafed Ali Hamshari

Supply Chain Workstream Leader, Borouge Pte Ltd.

Hafed Ali Hamshari is a graduate in Chemical Engineering with more than 30 years ‎of experience in Oil Refining, Product Handling & Storage, Shipping, Technical ‎Services and Optimization in the Oil Refining and Petrochemical industry in the Gulf ‎region. ‎

Prior to joining Borouge, Hafed worked in the Abu Dhbai National Oil Company ‎‎(ADNOC) Refining sector and corporate level since 1981, and handled major ‎projects and expansions in the refining, shipping, storage and logistics sectors. ‎During the past nine years, he has been with Borouge’s Marketing Company ‎handling the Logistics and Distribution function in Supply Chain for Borouge’s ‎customers in Middle East, Asia Pacaific and Indian sub-continent. He is currently ‎assigned to lead the development of the Supply Chain model for the Borouge 3 ‎project which will expand the manufacturing capacity to 4.5 million ton per year.‎

Hafed Ali Hamshari is an NPRA member since 1989, a MARICHEM member and an ‎active GPCA member. ‎
