Discounts

Exhibitors are entitled to a 20% discount off conference fees
Supporting Organisations are entitled to a 20% discount off full conference fees (membership number or discount code will be required)
Group bookings – Buy 3 conference passes and get all passes at 15% off. Booking and payment must be made at the same time.

Payment

By credit card
Using our certified secure credit card booking line. Payment can be made by American Express, Mastercard and Visa.

By cheque or bank transfer
If you are registering for the conference and paying by company cheque or bank transfer, please submit the online registration form and an invoice will be raised upon receipt of the submitted form.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend you can send a colleague in your place but you must inform us of the change before the event. If you have to cancel, we will refund your conference fee after the event, less a 20% administration charge if your cancellation is received by 9 March 2012. Cancellations after 9 March 2012 will not be refunded.

Delegate Badges
Confirmation will be sent to delegates upon receipt of registration. Two weeks before the event, a fast track pass will be sent to pre-registered delegates by email.  Please bring this to the pre-registered conference delegate desk at the event to collect your badge.
