If you have something to say, an issue you want to debate or a challenge you want to discuss then this is your chance to engage with an international audience interested in finding solutions and discussing the challenges and opportunities for the ports and trade industries.

How do round table sessions work?
Designed to be interactive rather than lecture-style, round table discussions give delegates the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences and learn from the ideas of others.

You, the moderator, are responsible for delivering a short introduction on your chosen issue and then leading the discussion. Round table sessions are designed to be informal and discussion-based; no screen or PC will be provided.

Format: 1 table, 10 chairs, 1 moderator, 9 delegates
Time: 45 minutes (5-10 minute introduction from the moderator, 35-40 minutes of discussion and Q&A)

There is no charge to host a round table session – but applications from moderators should be received by 29 February.
